FRISCO, Texas – Monday, December 15, 2014 – Registration is now open for the inaugural FC Dallas Footy 5K and Fun Run presented by VAZATA. The run will take place on February 28, 2015 in Frisco, Texas.
Registration fees for the 5K run is $30 while the one-mile Fun Run fee is $20 with proceeds going to the FC Dallas Foundation. Novo Nordisk, an Associate Partner sponsoring the event, will also be making a $1 donation per registrant to the American Diabetes Association. Register here.
The Fun Run race will begin at Toyota Stadium at 8:00 a.m. while the 5k will begin at 8:15 a.m. Both races will end at the Toyota Stadium Budweiser Beer Garden stage.
About the FC Dallas Foundation
The FC Dallas Foundation is the charitable arm of FC Dallas and Toyota Stadium. The Foundation strives to positively impact the health and well-being of disadvantaged youth through the sport of soccer.
A member of Major League Soccer since its inception in 1996, FC Dallas is owned and operated by Hunt Sports Group.
