Team VAZATA Gives Back to the Community

Plano, Texas, January 6, 2014 – VAZATA, a full service cloud infrastructure, managed services and colocation provider, united in a team effort that reflects the same kind of caring they provide to their customers. “The centerpiece of our business model is service and support and while that refers to our customers, it also refers to the communities where we live and work,” John Greenwood, Executive VP of Sales pointed out.

This past month, the VAZATA Team supported Frisco Family Services, an organization that assists families who are facing hunger, homelessness or other urgent needs. Team VAZATA members, including John Greenwood, Stevie Wilson, Danielle Shutka, Jonathan Tipton, James Hollingshead and Scott Barricklow worked at the Frisco Family Services resale store sorting, processing donations to go on the sales floor and assisting the store staff.

“Giving back to the communities where we live and work is a rewarding experience,” team member Stevie Wilson said. “We got to meet and interact with many of the shoppers and their kids, and then help them load their cars with their gifts. It was a satisfying and humbling experience,” she added.

Frisco Family Services serves the families and individuals of Frisco and surrounding areas, helping improve their quality of life and achieve self-sufficiency to foster a stronger community.
