Our datacenters are Tier III facilities (with some Tier IV attributes) as defined by the Uptime Institute. We only partner with best-in-class data center builders who construct buildings designed to be energy efficient, earning LEED Silver, Gold or higher certifications.

Vazata offers 100% availability service level agreements for power and environmentals and 99.999% on multi-homed internet connectivity. 24x7x365 NOC and guarded keycard and biometric access and closed circuit TV to the data center.

Additionally, Vazata includes Maintenance Tasks and Interval Schedules as part of our Master Services Agreement. Not only do you get the SLA, but also our commitment to proactive troubleshooting to prevent facility-caused downtime. Items covered include HVAC, UPS's, PDU's, generators, fuel systems, transfer switches, electrical infrastructure, room monitoring and alarm and life safety systems.
