VAZATA recently passed its annual FedRAMP authorization, receiving approval by all the Joint Authorization Board test readiness reviewers representing the General Services Administration (GSA), Department of Defense (DOD), and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The FedRAMP P-ATO is a declaration that VAZATA has implemented the appropriate cloud infrastructure security posture to comply with the FedRAMP security requirements for providing cloud services to federal agencies.
This new authorization enables VAZATA to provide the company’s Virtual Federal Image (VFI) Cloud Platform to government agencies working with sensitive data, while meeting the levels of security and performance set by FedRAMP’s stringent compliance standards.
VAZATA has a long history of delivering proven managed hosting and security services to commercial and government accounts through our FedRAMP Rev 4 Compliant Virtual Secure Cloud Platform (VSCP). In January 2016, VAZATA was granted a Provisional Authority to Operate (P-ATO) from the Joint Authorization Board for the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP). VAZATA was the twenty-first company to achieve authorization.
What does this mean for our government clients? It means that we will continue to deliver them the highest level of FedRAMP security and performance. Our expert staff has the background and training to ensure the integrity of data and applications in a dedicated, public, or hybrid cloud—or collocated at our enterprise-class datacenters.
